Bluecadet is looking for a hands-on, strategic thinking Creative Director to lead and mentor our multi-disciplinary experience design team in the design and production of exceptional spatial experiences. Based in our Philadelphia headquarters, the Creative Director ensures the quality of the creative concepts and the work produced, in addition to serving as a strategic partner to our clients. You should be adept designing original, artful, experiences that blend the digital and physical in new and unique ways.
You must be a great leader with the ability to maximize the talents of our experienced, film, motion, technology, and visual and spatial design teams. Doing so means being a coach, a teacher, an instructor, and a critic all at once. In order to succeed in this role you must thrive at facilitating effective collaboration across these many disciplines and in getting to the very best ideas.
Attention to detail, great people skills, persistence in designing unique and innovative experiences, and the ability to manage multiple ambitious projects at once are required.
